You can always check the status of your order in your account management under “purchase history” of the Online Store
When the order is created we will send you a confirmation email when your order needs to be validated via SMS or by our team. Please keep in mind that this can take a bit of time, but we will get back to you.
Once this has been completed we will send you a confirmation email with all the information and the access to your invoice and your download details with instructions on how to activate and download your new game!
