• When will I be charged for a pre-order?

We will charge you for your preorder a few weeks before the official release date, to start with the shipping process. We will send you a notification to your registered email a few days before we debit your account along with instructions on how to update your payment method if needed.


  • When will my pre-order ship?

Our intention is to always ship all pre-orders out before the actual release date in order to arrive on time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.


  • I no longer wish to keep my pre-order

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, make sure to contact our Support Team and we will do it for you.
